Hybrid Adaptive Observers for Locally Lipschitz Systems

An adaptive observer design approach is proposed for the class of nonlinear locally Lipschitz systems. The case of disturbances affecting the state equations is considered. The proposed solution is applicable to the systems with bounded solutions and hyper minimum phase linear part. It is based on logic-based control approach. Efficiency of the proposed observer design is demonstrated through computer simulations for the Duffing and a satellite system.
